How to pay & lock in your confirmed booking
Airline seats and hotel quotes are only confirmed once full payment clears in our account before the deadline on your quotation. Please follow these payment rules carefully so your seats are not cancelled automatically by the airline system.
Accepted Payment Methods
- FNB-to-FNB EFT: Standard Electronic Funds Transfer from an FNB account.
- Other South African Banks (EFT): You are strongly required to select the Immediate Payment option so funds clear before fare expiry.
- ATM Cash Deposit: Direct cash deposits made at an ATM are accepted.
Not Accepted & Deadlines
- No Branch Counter Cash: Cash deposits inside bank branches are not accepted.
- No Office Cash: Cash payments at our Fordsburg office are not accepted.
- Price Protection: Partial payments or deposits do not lock fares unless confirmed in writing on your quote. Any bank transaction fees are the traveller's responsibility.
